GET CONFIDENT IN YOUR NEW ROLE AS A PRACTITIONER

Are you…

  • Lacking confidence as a new therapist?

  • Is a sense of anxiousness when seeing clients creating an uncomfortable experience?

While these may be normal feelings as a new therapist, they don’t need to be! What if there was a way to increase your confidence and lessen that anxiety as you gain the practice you need as a clinician? What if you don’t have to wait to feel confident & calm?

You’ll know from attachment theory that people who are secure, are more likely to feel comfortable to step out of their comfort zones.

And how do you help people become secure? By knowing and understanding who they are, what their own strengths & gaps are, & how they think through to solutions.

In the Confidence & Calm program you’ll get to know yourself in a deeper way than a personality assessment can ever tell you.

THE CONFIDENCE & CALM PROGRAM

By exploring your values, your thinking style, communication style, your stress response style, & behavioural reactions, you’ll begin to notice how that’s showing up for you in your strengths & gaps.

For example, you might be an inferential listener with your friends & family, but somehow switch to a direct listener with clients because of how you were trained.

With the Confidence & Calm program, you’ll learn how to bridge the way you’re wired, with how you were trained to be a therapist, so you can create that self assuredness to continue growing into your new role as a practitioner.
